Therefore, it can be directly brewed with hot water. Therefore, it is named as brewing rice, which means that rice can be brewed with boiled water, quickly and conveniently eaten.
In order to meet the requirement of shorter brewing time, the current brewing rice is relatively thin and long, which can make the rice fully contact with hot water, and it is easier to soak, and the taste can be restored to 80-90% of the original rice.
Moreover, brewed rice also has the advantages that native rice does not have. The main indicators for assessing whether a rice is a high-quality rice include: appearance gloss, taste, aroma and other indicators.
Production and processing technology of instant rice
The manufacturing process of instant instant rice includes the following steps:
1. Screening of cereal raw materials
The impurities in grain raw materials are removed by screening equipment.
2. Crushing of grain raw materials
Crush the grain raw materials into powder with particle size no more than 1mm.
3. Mixing and stirring
Mix the ground powdery materials, water and a proper amount of food additives with a blender to form a mixed powder.
4. Extrusion ripening, cutting and granulation
The mixed powder is fed into an extruder. The mixed powder is conveyed to the extrusion die head by the extruding screw, and is extruded under the action of the extruding screw and the extrusion die head, and is sheared into rice grains at the end of the extrusion die head of the extruder by a shear knife.
5. Drying
The shaped granular rice is further dehydrated by drying equipment, and it is matured and sterilized at the same time.
6. Cooling
The dried rice is sent to the cooling equipment for cooling, so that the moisture content in the rice grains is kept between 6-10%, and then the quantitative rice grains are packaged in the packaging bag through the packaging machine.
