Production and processing technology of instant rice
The manufacturing process of instant instant rice includes the following steps:
1. Screening of cereal raw materials
The impurities in grain raw materials are removed by screening equipment.
2. Crushing of grain raw materials
Crush the grain raw materials into powder with particle size no more than 1mm.
3. Mixing and stirring
Mix the ground powdery materials, water and a proper amount of food additives with a blender to form a mixed powder.
4. Extrusion ripening, cutting and granulation
The mixed powder is fed into an extruder. The mixed powder is conveyed to the extrusion die head by the extruding screw, and is extruded under the action of the extruding screw and the extrusion die head, and is sheared into rice grains at the end of the extrusion die head of the extruder by a shear knife.
5. Drying
The shaped granular rice is further dehydrated by drying equipment, and it is matured and sterilized at the same time.
6. Cooling
The dried rice is sent to the cooling equipment for cooling, so that the moisture content in the rice grains is kept between 6-10%, and then the quantitative rice grains are packaged in the packaging bag through the packaging machine.
