Reference standard for state judgment of key feed production equipment
Sharp tools make good work. As an important weapon for feed production enterprises, such key stand-alone equipment as puffer, mixer and pulverizer must be kept in the best state at all times. Then we can refer to the following standards to determine the integrity of such equipment:
01. Mixer
● The working temperature of motor and reducer is normal, the reducer is free of oil leakage, the chain tension is reasonable and the lubrication is normal, the bearing lubrication is good, and the protective cover is complete.
● No abnormal noise, good mixing quality, no winding on the rotor, and no dust and dirt in the body.
● The mixer door has good sealing effect, no material leakage, the linkage mechanism can operate freely, and the self-locking effect is good.
● The rotor clearance is reasonable with few residues, and the spray atomization effect in the engine is good.
● The body surface is clean and dust-free; The air pipe and cable lines shall be arranged orderly without oil and gas leakage. All signs shall be clear.
● The electric control system of the mixer is good, and the interlocking with the batching scale is reliable, which can meet the production requirements.
02. Scraper conveyor
● The working temperature of motor and reducer is normal; The reducer is free of oil leakage; The drive chain is properly tensioned, the lubrication condition is normal, and the protective cover is complete.
● The scraper in the machine is complete, the chain is properly tensioned, each bearing is well lubricated, there is no abnormal noise during operation, and the conveying capacity reaches the design output.
● The surface of the machine body shall be clean and free of dust, oil leakage and powder leakage. The machine body shall be well sealed and all signs shall be clear.
● The operation process is stable and the control system works reliably.
03. Hoist
● The working temperature of motor and reducer is normal, the reducer is free of oil leakage, the reducer is installed reliably, the transmission is reliable, the lubrication condition is normal, and the protective cover is complete.
● The dustpan belt in the machine is properly tensioned without deviation, each dustpan is intact, and the dustpan belt tensioning mechanism is reliable without slipping.
● The running check mechanism of the bucket belt has reliable performance.
● The surface of the machine body shall be clean and free of dust, oil leakage and powder leakage. The machine body shall be well sealed and all signs shall be clear.
04. Crusher
● The working temperature of motor and main bearing is normal, the lubrication condition is normal, and the transmission protective cover is complete.
● The pulverizer door has good sealing effect, and there is no dust leakage from the body.
● The rotor is in good dynamic and static balance, without abnormal vibration, the hammer is evenly worn, and the guide plate operates freely.
● All safety devices on the machine body are in good condition. The pneumatic device works reliably without air leakage.
● The surface of the machine body shall be clean and free of dust, and all signs shall be clear.
● The control system and electrical system are reliable, with positive and reverse rotation functions. All ammeters, voltmeters, speed regulators, frequency meters, indicator lights and on-site emergency stop buttons are intact and reliable.
05. Expander
● The working temperature of motor and gearbox is normal, and the lubrication conditions are in good condition. The drive belt is properly tensioned without abnormal noise.
● The lubrication conditions of the main shaft and the empty shaft of the extruder are good, and the bearing clearance is within the normal range.
● The connecting and fixing parts of the main working parts are in good condition, the gap between the ring molding rollers is reasonable, the mutual wear is uniform, and the gap adjustment mechanism is convenient and accurate.
● All auxiliary devices on the machine, such as cutter, magnetic separator, ring mold hanger and special tools, are in good condition.
● All safety devices on the machine body are in good condition. The pneumatic device works reliably without air leakage.
● The surface of the machine body shall be clean and free of dust, and all signs shall be clear. The interior of the machine is basically clean.
● The control system and electrical system are reliable. All ammeters, voltmeters, adjustment meters, frequency meters, thermometers, indicating lamps and field control cabinets are in good condition. All elements in the cabinet are in good condition.
06. Central control equipment
● It can meet the production requirements, and the operation and control system devices are complete, sensitive and reliable.
● The contacts of various switches and contactors are in good contact, and the arc cleaning device and safety cover are complete and intact.
● The capacity of various contactors, relays and magnetic starters is reasonable, the contacts are free of serious burns, and the armature is free of sticking, delayed release and jamming.
● The electrical components shall be clean, the wiring shall be standardized, the wiring shall be neat, the signs shall be eye-catching, and the indicator light shall be intact.
● It operates well, and the insulation strength and safety protection devices comply with the electrical operation procedures.
● The electrical equipment shall have good heat dissipation and ventilation, and complete rat prevention functions.
● The accuracy and production capacity of the batching scale shall meet the production requirements.
07. Boiler
● The steam pressure basically meets the design requirements or the standards approved by the labor department.
● The furnace shell, furnace barrel, furnace liner and furnace tube are free of strict corrosion, and the furnace wall is completely sealed, with good insulation and no smoke.
● Electrical and safety devices are complete and intact. The pipeline is smooth, and the water level gauge, pressure gauge, safety valve and discharge valve are sensitive and reliable.
● The main auxiliary machinery, accessories, measuring instruments and meters are complete, in good operation and with correct indication.
● Each control valve is equipped with complete devices, and its action is sensitive and reliable.
● The transmission and water supply systems operate reliably.
● The main and auxiliary machines shall be clean and well lubricated. No water, oil and steam leakage.
