Extruder maintenance precautions
The operation method and corresponding adjustment of the twin-screw main engine:
We will arrange the corresponding staff to install and debug. Before the personnel arrive at the site, our business personnel will inform the customer in advance to prepare the site, water, electricity and other corresponding preparations. The following are the installation and use methods of the extruder, and you are also welcome to discuss together.
1. Place the production line in a ventilated and dry place according to the floor plan.
2. The main engine has a good footing, and other equipment is placed smoothly to prevent uneven force on each part of the body and affect the normal operation of the equipment.
3. The power supply of each part of the production line should be installed with a knife switch (or an air switch), which can be isolated from the mains for easy maintenance.
All electrical equipment should have reliable grounding or zero-connection protection, and the grounding resistance should not be greater than 4Ω.
4. No-load debugging of the powder mixer: check whether the motion system is barrier-free, start the machine for no-load test, and turn in the direction of the arrow.
5. Host no-load debugging
· Check whether the electrical components of the host are damaged or loose;
· Check whether there is any foreign matter in the barrel of the main engine, the screw and the barrel, and clean it up;
· Check the coordination of the reduction box, the screw and the screw barrel, manually reel the belt (remove the die head), and the running resistance should be small and uniform. Turn it several times to see if there is any waste discharged.
· Check whether the feeding screw is pushed into the barrel smoothly;
Install the rotary cutter to the working position, adjust the gap between the blade and the mold, turn the blade by hand, and keep the blade in good contact with the mold at any position, otherwise it should be adjusted.
· Check the lubrication system, the connection should be normal, and the oil in the fuel tank should be sufficient.
