The twin-screw feed extruder is mainly composed of a barrel and a rotating extrusion twin screw in the barrel. When the equipment is running, the material enters the material chamber through the feeding port, and the screw rotates and extrudes forward to transport it. Under the action of thrust, friction, shear force and heat, a high pressure and high temperature difference is formed inside and outside the chamber. The moment the material is extruded, it expands instantly due to the pressure difference.

Fish feed is food for ornamental fish. Whether the fish feed is of high quality should be checked from multiple aspects such as color, smell, water resistance, and specifications. In addition, the inspection of high-quality fish feed should also take into account its nutritional formula additives, etc. If you keep fish feed for a long time, you will slowly form your own judgment criteria for the quality of fish feed.

After about two months of design and manufacturing process, a fully automatic fish feed production line with a capacity of 2t/h is ready to be loaded and shipped. The entire production line occupies 5 containers. After two days of hard work by the staff, it was successfully packed and shipped.
