Before production, a comprehensive inspection must be conducted.
(1) Check if the safety devices are fully equipped and reliable.
(2) Whether the connections of each connecting part are reliable, whether the machine is firmly installed on the foundation or frame, and whether the fastening bolts are loose or detached
(3) Open the hood and check if there are any debris in the crushing chamber, if all components on the rotor are intact, and if the split pin is detached or damaged. If there are no issues, you can put down the hood Tighten the hexagonal handle to press the hood tightly onto the machine base, and then manually rotate the main shaft pulley. The rotor should be able to rotate flexibly without any abnormal impact sound.
(4) Start the machine and check if the direction of the crusher is consistent with the red arrow on the hood.
(5) Check the lubrication system.
If all aspects meet the requirements, it can be started for trial operation.
After 1 hour of idle operation, the temperature rise of the bearings and all parts should be checked for abnormalities. The temperature rise of the bearings should not exceed 35C. Generally, a regular thermometer can be inserted into a butter cup for inspection (the temperature measured by the thermometer minus the room temperature is the temperature rise value). When all parts meet the requirements, it can be put into production. When using a new machine for the first time, it is best to first process the husk or hay to clean the oil stains, rust, etc. inside the machine.
