7.Packing & Delivery

 •  Inside package is plastic film, outside is wooden or plywood case(based on the customers' need).

 •  Only plastic film nude packing with wooden pallet.

 •  We can supply fumigation package and certificate.

 •  Shipping, train, express or upon clients' demands.

8.Installation & Training

1) The seller will send one engineer to install the machinery.

2) Buyer is responsible for finding a translator locally for easy understanding.

3) The customer will be asked to provide room, board, round-trip transportation, visa,and a nominal $80 daily subsidy per person.

4) Period of installation :The buyer should arrange at least 3 workers including one electric technician to help our engineer for installation. The raw material, workshop electric source should be well prepared before installation. On base of the above request, the installation period is7-14 days including training the operator. A  possible delay of the installation period will be additionally invoiced.

5) The total length of the installation time depends on number and qualification of the available local stuff. A possible delay of the installation period will be  additionally invoiced.

6) We will provide on-site service after 1 year. The customer will be asked to provide room, board, round-trip transportation, visa,and a nominal $60-$80 daily subsidy per person.

Q: Are you a trade company or a manufacturer? 
A: we are a manufacturer, welcome to visit and check the machine to my factory. 
Q: How long is your delivery time? 
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 20-35 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.
Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
